Most common problems

  • My internet is slow and I don’t have the promised speed
    Speed varies depending on the network load at a specific moment during the day  but you can expect to have a speed that will be closed to what you subscribed for. There is an easy test you can do to check your network speed. Plug your computer directly into your modem then go to Speedtest (https://www.speedtest.net/) to check your download and upload speed. If there is an issue, make sure you do a screenshot of the result and send it to us support@lm-internet.net.
  • My Phone is not working
    First thing to do is to check if all the lights in your adapter are on. If not, mark down which one is off and conatact us with that information. If all lights are on, unplug the phone adapter from the wall for 3 seconds. Plug it back in and try again once the adapter has finalized its rebooting.
